Something that looks like this: https://p2a.co/nwkanfy. Then I want to populate the email recipient field with the appropriate elected official's email address, derived from this lookup tool: https://council.nyc.gov/map-widget/ Can anyone offer suggestions about how to do this (if it's possible)?
