Squarespace Scheduling - How to change the default text of the reminder sms sent to customers?

I would like to know if it is possible to modify the default text that customers receive when they receive their reminders by sms.

Yes. If I understand you correctly. However, Its bugged for me. It only allows so many characters (200) i think... though I have 28 left for my text and yet my customers are telling me and sending me screenshots of how it is indeed getting cut short.
