I'm trying to make the upper half of this text highlight flush with the section above it, but because the entire site is responsive its hard to maintain. I figured one solution may be to set the z-index of that text to below the z-index of the background of the section above it but I can't get that to work. Attaching how it should look vs how it does look pictures. Please help! Link to comment
