Scrolling Announcement Bar Link

Hi!

I am wondering if it is possible to add a link to my scrolling text in my announcement bar? Currently, I have a link present on the announcement bar. However, it only works when you click on the announcement bar box, rather than the text which may cause confusion. The text also seems to stop when a mouse hovers over it and doesn't link to anything.

Do you mean that hovering do not stop text transition and can be clickable on the text?

}
