Remove top-right page name & menu?

I would like to remove the page name in the top right corner of my website on desktop view and the menu icon in the top right corner on mobile view.  How can I do this?

Also, is there a way to set the page to be static?  I'd like to treat it as a digital business card – no scrolling, purely contact info.  Sometimes when I view the site on different devices, my one image show white margins or allows me to scroll a fraction.

Please advise!
