Static Foreground image frame with transparent center

Hello,

Wondering if its possible to have a fixed image set as the foreground that would act as a frame for the site, and them to have text behind it that would be seen through transparent areas on said foreground image.

Attached image might make my question more clear. I'd want to view the site through the torn paper hole.

Possible with squarespace?

Not sure this is possible. We can try add a site wide background image.
