7.1 - Fixed Section On Scroll

We want the section "We Deliver A Renewable Fuel..." and icons to be fixed on scrolling to under the navigation, is this possible?

You just want to the move the section up? Or have it follow the page when you scroll? Also, this is a really cool way of using blocks as a navigation.

Are you using a plugin for this?

And thank you! what I did was I used code to lower the opacity of the other icons on each page.
