dbuckingham
Site URL: https://cow-carrot-9nhc.squarespace.com/blog/client-and-therapist-bills-of-rights Hi, I am doing blog articles and am trying to add images between certain paragraphs. I am trying to resize the image by putting spacers on each side of the image, but when I do that the spacers go next to the text too. How can I make it so that the spacers only go next to the photos and not the text above and below it? An example is https://cow-carrot-9nhc.squarespace.com/blog/client-and-therapist-bills-of-rights. How could I make the photo less wide without also narrowing the text? Link to comment
creedon
Use line blocks to help you with your layout. You can remove the line blocks before you save. Also pay particular attention to the blue insertion line when dragging blocks around. Find my contributions useful? Please like, upvote, mark my answer as the best ( solution ), and see my profile. dbuckingham
Hmmm... I tried inserting a line and then inserting the spacer and moving the spacer to the side, but the blue insert line still applies to everything (text, line, and picture). How can I make it so that the insert line only applies to what is below the line I inserted? Link to comment

dbuckingham
It worked -- thanks so much! I don't know why I've never seen that technique before, but I'm so glad I know it now! creedon 1 Link to comment
