Digital File in Confirmation Email for Physical Product?

I have a physical product that I would like to list to include a digital file when purchased. Is this possible? Here is the product:

Ideally, the customer would also receive the digital quilt pattern emailed after the purchase of the quilt, instead of my sending it manually after the time of purchase.
