Clickable announcement bar goes dark blue

Hey everybody!

I am trying to make my announcement bar clickable but once I add a link it goes dark blue and the text disappears. However, it is is clickable.

I have tried to fix it going through Site Style > Colors > and then edit the announcement bar sections under the theme being used but no luck.

I want it with the orange background and white text.

I have attached some screenshots.

Any help and suggestions will be gladly appreciate it!
