Newsletter block remove padding & Titles

Hello,

I can't figure out how to reduce the padding on the newsletter block - tried a lot of custom CSS from similar questions on the forum but nothing seems to be working. 

I'd like to do this sitewide so that I can move this temporary page to the index home page. And have several newletter submissions on vaerious pages.

Any suggestions?
