I recently created a new page and ran into a problem I NEVER had before with the background image. On the Editing Platform the Background shows up perfectly well. However, on any browser I try, it shows up CROPPED meaning only as a banner. No other page has this issue. Only this one. I contacted Squarespace customer service twice and all they could tell me was that they see the complete background. And then that was it. My guess is that they changed the interface and perhaps there is a new way to add background images now? I created the same page 3-4 times - and it is still cropped. It is driving me crazy. The page is under SERVICES, which is the second page after home page (scroll down). The link is BIOGRAPHY AND MEMOIR COLLECTION. That is where the background is cropped.
