Oops - Social icons showing across all pages and not in header or block!

I'm so lost - this is my first experience with creating a website and I think I goofed up.  I was trying to add custom Insta and Tik Tok icons to my header.  They're now showing up across all of my site's pages - they're not in the header and not in a section that I can edit either.  I had uploaded them as custom files and tried to add them through custom ccs.  I've deleted both the images and the ccs, but they're still showing up!  The site isn't published yet.
