Carousel images not loading on mobile

I'm using the momentum template that has a hero carousel on the home page that scroll thru images, I created a gallery yo feed the carousel and it works fine at the desktop but once I load it on a mobile device it does not work. 

The images are not being called dynamically and pre-fetched, once I open the gallery and it calls on the thumbnails the carousel works fine.

It seems that it is that initial call to pre-fetch the images so that the carousel can present it.

But it only happens on mobile. 

Hi. Have you contacting Squarespace Customer Care yet? They can check their site backend to troubleshoot the cause.
