"Customize Your Box" Form - Chocolate Boxes

Hi all, I am building an ecommerce website for an mailed confections company and I am running into an issue with the product forms. We offer 15 different chocolates and we want to have a form so the customer can select the chocolates going into their box. I am familiar with a dropdown option, but some boxes have 30 flavor options and to put 30 dropdowns will be too overwhelming for the guest.

The website isn't live yet, but I am attaching a screenshot from another chocolate company which has the product form I am looking to create. Is there a plug in where I can put the image of the chocolate with a qty box below it? My current dropdown set up is the screenshot on the right. I am looking to create something like the left screenshot. I am using the Foster template.
