How to add dropdown bar options for different contact forms

I am a photographer and I have multiple contact forms on my website. One contact form for random sessions such as headshots, family, maternity. Another contact form specifically for weddings (custom questions), and now adding a third form for mini sessions throughout the year. I am looking to add a DROPDOWN option for forms according to what the client needs so that I do not have to have 3 tabs for contact forms in my header - it looks ridiculous and unorganized that way. The difficult part is that it's script and doesn't show on Squarespace because the contact forms are pasted in from Honeybook. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Following as I'd like to see where it would make sense to use Kajabi instead of having to connect Honeybook, Squarespace, and deal with multiple platforms.
