Vertical align of text box

Hi, just losing my mind trying to vertically align the text on the home/'work' page so that it runs alongside the showreel video in the middle rather than at the top (desktop). Its probably simple code, but I have no idea, so any help appreciated, thanks

Add this to Design->Custom CSS

    align-items: center;
    display: flex;
}
