Hover effects on image

Hi. I'm building a site and need to try and replicate the effect on this site.

It's the hover effect on the 3 boxes at the bottom, it doesn't have to be the same, maybe just changing colour and becoming a little bigger.

Any help would be much appreciated

Settings -> Site Availability -> Password Protected

and then post the access password in the forum when you ask questions & need people to reference the existing site.
