Link in preview don't show-up

My site is a product store (ish). ATM the publish site is password protected. So pictures it is.

In the first image, is one of the products and as you can see (in French— Aperçu) is the preview option when someone clicks the image.

In the second image is the preview view in question, I have circled in the issue, there should be a site link and an email address as seen in the next picture. The two bars are like a link (the cursor change) but nothing happens.

The only custom css script I added is to remove the cart and quantity box.

The text read: The article is available at [website] and on request [email]
