Can I add a coloured header on my shopping cart page

Hello.

I have the site header appearing on the shopping cart page but the logo top left is white.

How can I add a coloured header so my logo shows correctly?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

body#cart header {
    background: pink !important;
}

It has now also placed a pink strip (as your example colour) in a newsletter sign-up form in my footer? 

Would you know how I can fix this anomaly?

I still have not managed to fix the problem but maybe only the body (not the footer) can be targeted?

You will see a grey strip in the newsletter block which only appears on this page?
