Spacing in mobile view

You got some negative margin style on the blocks, I disabled it on mobile, add this to Design->Custom CSS

@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
    .sqs-block {
      margin-left: 0;
      margin-right:0;
  }
}

I see same problem on tablet.

You can edit 600px to 991px to fix this
