Make dropdown menus click through to first page

Basically I have added code to the site under code injection for header to make first page in folder show when you click on folder name in menu:

HEADER

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://hulo.dev/plugins/folder-title-link/folder-title-link.css">

FOOTER

<script async src="https://hulo.dev/plugins/folder-title-link/folder-title-link.js"></script>

This works well on all main pages but in the membership area it doesn't as the new membership area dropdown menu already allows for this to occur. Has anyone had this issue and is there code that will fix it?

Please checkout the screen grab. If I click on the HES Academic Quality Forum link at top, because I have the other code injected it goes to a can't be found page. This is the dropdown in the members area.

Is there a work around to maybe change the code so it only changes the main area of the site and not the members area?
