Squarespace Salesforce integration

Hi there!

I am  struggling to integrate all the forms on website with Salesforce - when someone submits a form, a new lead is created in Salesforce. I tried use Zapier, but that's not working for us at all. Do you know any kind of code or other solution that can work?

I have no coding skills, just basic understanding.
