Mobile PLUS colour

I have been struggling to find the correct code to change the PLUS navigation button on mobile when active. It is currently  black on a dark grey background so it gets lost. I would like to change the colour to hsl(141, 100%, 81%). Can somebody help me please? My website is www.thesignbridge.com
