Deleted code but wont go away on screen

I have added code for a contest I ran for hopdoddy, using mailchimp. I used hte settings, advanced, code injection and it worked fine, I have deleted the code months ago and the pop up still shows onload? What am I missing here?

That looks like a promotional pop-up. Go to create a promotional pop-up. Then scroll down to Disable the pop-up.

Does that do the trick?
