Does anybody know how to make photo captions in a gallery persistent?

By default photo captions in a gallery are visible only on hover. How can I make them persistent and make them visible at all times?

You may want this add this into Settings -> Design -> Custom css box

.sqs-lightbox-meta {
  background: #000;
    -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=70)";
    background: rgba(0,0,0,.7);
    opacity: 1 !important;
}
