Changing Section Heights of Background Images Within Index Page

I want to put a thin band of color between my full image sections on my index page homepage.  On other templates, I've been able to add a thin color image, but in Brine it isn't allowing me to resize.

I just made the sections shorter instead of full image.  I kind of like it that way, but if you have a fix for adding those bands of color between the photos, I'm all ears.  Thank you for always being so helpful @tuanphan
