Mobile issues (usability/readability)

Hope someone can help me out. Through google search console I keep getting warnings about mobile issues. Translated from Dutch:

• Text too small too read
• Clickable elements too close to eachother
• Content wider than screen

The thing is, sometimes it mentions a specific page, but not now: no examples. If I check on my own phone (iOs) I don't encounter any usability issues. Maybe, depending on the title length, when you see the previous and next titles on certain blogs.

So the question is, how do I solve these 3 issues? Can I even adjust the mobile design in 7.1? It seems it severely affects my ranking as well since my site dropped a few places.
