Justify text using custom CSS with the "personal plan"

Hey, 

I tried this couple of times but seems like none of the code is working. I would like to justify text on my whole webiste. Unfortunately I have only personal plan for now so injecting the code page by page is not an option. Any tips/help would be very appreciated.
