Site URL: https://www.accessiblespeechlanguagepathology.com/

I am concerned about how my site appears on phones. The title is too long/big on the phone and the navigation bar just shrinks to a plus sign. I am concerned potential clients will not know to click on the plus sign and will therefore not know to navigate to the important tabs on the site like what services I offer, pricing and how to schedule an appointment. How do I fix that?
