How can I make an image show on a pop-up on mobile?

I have a pop up currently live on my site (the full page option with left image), and when I view it on mobile it just shows at the bottom with text/button and no image. 

I would really love the image to show on mobile, but I don't know how? I tried doing some other layouts with images (thinking it was just a full page thing) and it still does not show the image on mobile. 

Any ideas? 

Did you ever find a solution to this? I can't find anything. Thanks!
