Change email display

Hello, 

I just set up my automated emails in the "customer notifications" tab of my Squarespace website. I would like to change the display name when a customer receives an email from me. When they receive an email it appears as image one below. I went into my gmail account and changed the display name so it looks like image two. However, it doesn't change when squarespace sends an automated email. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
