Jotform embeded form not redirecting to booking page

I have an embedded jotform questionnaire on a page. When a user finishes the questionnaire, they should be redirected to a booking page (which has been built with Squarespace's scheduling tool), but that's not working - the user stays in the same page upon completion of the questionnaire.

To enable this functionality on Jotform, I selected the url of the booking page as a redirect when a user finishes the questionnaire. I know that works because I have the same form embedded on a Wix website and it redirects correctly.

For additional context: I'm still on squarespace's free trial, and my page is published on a squarespace page (no domain connected yet).
