How to have one form which the user chooses which department to email?

Hi. 

I would like to create a form where the user selects from a list of departments to contact and when they submit the form it sends that message to the specific email address. Is this possible to do? I could setup multiple department forms but this would look messy.

Or have a dropdown menu of the departments which then popups the relevant form for that department?
