Suggestions on moving blog posts from 7.0 to 7.1

I'm making the jump from 7.0 to 7.1... Needed a revamp of our site anyway so it seemed like the right thing to do.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer your blog from 7.0 to 7.1. So, I'm looking for any suggestions on how to do this. I only have about 25-30 posts on my 7.0 page, but what a pain to manually move them and how are they dated then? do they all show up on the same date?

Just wondering if someone has already dealt with this pain and has a good method.

Good question.   I'm looking at making the move to 7.1 but have over 600 blog posts.  Without a useable mechanism to migrate content from 7.0 to 7.1,  it's just not a starter.   Also,  how is billing worked out for someone making the move.  Is any credit given if your yearly 7.0 subscription still has several months till renewal?
