Modifying commerce customer checkout

I am wondering how to modify the step #2 of the checkout process on the commerce template. As it stands, it is labelled "shipping". We do not offer shipping, only certain pickup locations for our products. The word "shipping" and having to fill out an address is confusing for our customers who know their only choice is to pickup. BTW the pickup location options are listed...we figured that much out. Is it possible to modify this wording on the developer side? 

If you use Service Products instead of Physical Products then customers won't be promoted for a delivery address at checkout.
