Help with content block order on Skye/Ready Template

Hoping for a bit of help with my home page content block order on mobile, as well as a way to add padding between these photos (one photo is pulling from a summary block, the other is pulling from a gallery widget) in mobile view -see images attached. The buttons are appearing where they should on the desktop version (below each section) but in mobile they are stacked. I would like the sections to be stacked header title, summary block, button, instead of the 3 buttons stacked together, if that makes sense. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
