Change Title Page link

Can anyone tell me how I can redirect where the link in the title page will take you? It is set to take you to the home page, but I'm using a cover page on my site and I don't want guest to be taken back to the cover page every time they click the time. 

I think it need some custom js to change link. Can you share link to that page?

Thanks for getting back to me. This is my first time using this forum. Here's the website... https://www.cannibalplanetmagazine.com/ Once you get past the cover page you see the clickable title "Cannibal Planet". This link takes you back to the cover page as appose to the about page. FYI it's NSFW.
