PURSUIT Template: Can I change the color of each Navigation "filled dot"?

On the pursuit template (brine family) , I have one index page with 6 content sections. Can I change each navigation dot to be a different color for each section? 

Example:

The "home" section filled dot & nav text would be "purple" while it is active, inactive, or hover.

The "about" section filled dot & nav text would be "blue" while it is active, inactive, or hover.

The "portfolio" section filled dot & nav text would be "green" while it is active, inactive, or hover.

etc etc etc
