AlexEgli Posted September 24, 2019 Share Posted September 24, 2019 I'm currently getting the following error anytime I try to upload a png to an image block, it goes into "processing and resizing" then displays this error:"We were unable to process your image. Please try again." Squarespace status site says there are no current issues. Why can't I upload a png? Link to comment

alwayscho Posted July 25, 2020 Share Posted July 25, 2020 Ol_Pete gave me a hint. My files didn't have any space but it had my country's letters which were Korean. I removed those Korean letters and it finally uploaded fine!!!! I felt like little discriminated by this... so No space and Only English Link to comment
