Seeking advice on selling event tickets

Calling out to the Squarespace community for ideas.I’m managing the web site for an event that will sell about 2000 tickets and it would be really useful to have automated ticket scanning at the registration. What’s the best way to do this? Embedding an Eventbrite block seems like an obvious solution but i can foresee some challenges:

• syncing email list data so can correlate who bought vs didn’t by for purposes of email campaigns
• making the purchase experience seamless and clean design
• Offering merchandise packages with tickets
• etc

Any recommendations?Thanks so much in advance!!
