gwhiz Posted September 18, 2019 Share Posted September 18, 2019 When we leave our website in the SS editor, under Chrome on OSX Mojave, we get errors and the editor locks up. Here are the errors in the image. SS support is claiming that the size of the video is too large and causes the SS editor to slow down.I ask them if the SS Editor is downloading the video from YouTube first, and then playing it from local storage or a SS intermediate file, and they do not answer. If I go to Youtube with my browser, the same video plays instantly and uses normal resources that do not grow over time. Does anyone know why SS support is claiming that the size of a YouTube video affects the website? Link to comment
