Fixed Code Block, inheriting responsive layout

Hi,

I have been trying to make a fixed code block which has the text scrolling down the page with the images, but I'm having some trouble, adjusting the width to fit within the page layout. Is it possible to keep the fixed property but also be responsive with the rest of the page content?

Maybe the div has to be nested in the code block? so it takes the width from the top div?

Sorry, I am relatively new to any coding related activities so it has been trial and error so far but can't seem to fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
