  1. I appear to be having the same issue. Did Squarespace ever get back to you?
  2. Sorry, I misread that last question. The domain is rsquaredlogistics.net. I have heard nothing back from Squarespace on this. Everyone I've talked to at Google says the problem must be fixed through my Squarespace account. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening? Just trying to determine if this is just Squarespace completely dropping the ball and holding the domain hostage or if there is some other obscure setting that I need to fix. Here are some screenshots of what I am seeing.
  3. Yes, when setting up the google workspace account.
  4. I have recently set up a Google Workspace account and purchased a domain from Squarespace in the process that I am attempting to use for my business email. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to send or receive emails from the account. Messages get returned to sender saying the domain does not exist. Everything appears to be correct through Google (billing, verification, etc.), but when I get redirected to Squarespace to manage the domain, it doesn't show that I have one. The message "There are no domains" is what specifically shows on my dashboard. I know that Squarespace has the domain because I have attempted to manually transfer it, and I have gotten the message that it "is already managed by Squarepace." I have already messaged customer support about this. Does anyone know of a fix to this issue that doesn't require intervention from square space staff? Getting this account up and running is very time sensitive and I cannot afford to wait a week or two for this to get sorted out. Thank you for any help you can provide.
