missing header with links and logo and website images

My website is suddenly not showing the links, which include my drop down menu at the top of my website, nor my logo. There are also no images for my blog summary and the blog thumbnails on the main page. I have not updated to the 7.1 version and made no other changes. Any help on what I can do?
