Can't get rid of "General 2" on browser tab

I kept getting "Services-2" and SEO was set up correctly. It's a bug. If you use a template page, it keeps the title of the original page. SOLUTION: I saved each section and added them to a blank page. Updated the SEO and it finally worked!
