My domain was transferred from Google Domains to Squarespace a couple of weeks ago and ever since then my site has not worked.
I use the domain for some software called TeslaMate that gets API info from my car to record drives and a bunch of other stats which I can then view via grafana. TeslaMate is installed on a Google Cloud (GCP) server.
The software is looking for an FQDN of teslamate.mydomain.net and the grafana part is expecting grafana.mydomain.net
Everything was working perfectly for over 3 years until the Squarespace migration and now I cannot access it at all.
The current behaviour is that mydomain.net is now successfully pinging the IP of my GCP server, however teslamate.mydomain.net and grafana.mydomain.net are still pinging as Squarespace 198.x addresses. Interestingly, teslamate.mydomain.net.mydomain.net also correctly pings my GCP server, and I believe this is down to how I have my Custom Records configured (see attached).
If I try to change the teslamate.mydomain.net (or grafana.mydomain.net) to just teslatame or teslamate. (note the fullstop/period) I get an error "Invalid DNS records configuration".
Can anybody please help me with what I need to configure where as this is driving me insane!
Thanks,
Mark
