I'm also seeing this. I used to have a store page for "classes" but recently it either vanished or turned into an event page(...?) either way, I have several products that now have no store page affiliated in my commerce inventory. I'm still able to make them appear on pages by embedding product info, but it's a very strange workflow. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Any updates on why this might be?
