Artfeed

I have two blog pages that I've turned into an Artist page and an Artwork page. I want a custom navigation at the bottom of these pages instead of the default 'older post' and 'previous post' links. I've already changed the Artist page's navigation to 'next artists' and 'previous artists', but this change also affects the Artwork page. Is there a code solution that would let me change the Artwork page navigation specifically to 'more artworks' and 'previous artworks' without affecting the Artist Page? Thanks for your help!
