i am making a site that sells physical products and has many variants in two sizes. i am trying to change the description text when the select value is changed but i am having trouble figuring out how to properly hook that with javascript. i was reading documentation and it said to enable developer mode to just put regular javascript into it, but that is no longer a thing i guess. how do i hook the select box change state using the code injection from squarespace? i know how to do it on a regular website but squarespace is weird and i don't quite understand how i'm supposed to do this. i want to have the description change when the variant is selected but it's not as straightforward bc squarespace. normally i would just use an event handler when i make the select but squarespace doesn't let me edit it directly. how can i get this done?
